In a world where we gender identity is starting to be viewed for what it actually is - fluid and transcendent. Because of this, trying to depict femininity can be difficult, without reducing it to its binary and excluding those with a non traditional relationships with femininity.

 

I found the butterfly to be a great way to represent femininity without assuming or forcing gender ideals. The butterfly also depicts their glimpse of being approachable while bringing a sense of delight. This is why chose an abstraction of a butterfly for the logo.
